White Board Fun

Since it looks like we'll be in this house for a bit, I finally decided to rethink our school set up. After switching some things up, I realized that a big white board would be better suited for us than the chalk board we've been using. So, I wrote a verse on the chalkboard and left it where it was. Then the kids and I went to Lowe's and got a big old piece of shower board. Pete hung it for us, in the room that we now call the school room, and we've been loving it ever since! Friday, Jon did his spelling test on the board instead of on paper:

The boys want to use the white board for EVERYTHING now! But if that means they're enjoying school, I can try to make that happen! :)

Linking up with Jolanthe and Carisa for Moments to Remember.

Moments to Remember was developed as a simple way to look back on our week as homeschoolers and find photos that encompass the memories we want to remember.

The week may have been tough, there may have been more bumps than smiles, but in the end these are the moments that keep us going, the ones we need to remember.
