Even though his new little sister tried to steal the spotlight by being born early and just 5 days before his birthday, Will was still celebrated last week. Thankfully, he's two and didn't notice that Mommy was living on Percocet and hadn't bought him any gifts. His Poppop, my dad, bought cupcakes--which are his dessert of choice--and Will had presents from my parents and my brother and his new fiance. For our sweet two year old, this was plenty! He loved being sang to and he loved his cupcake and gifts. He almost got his eyebrows singed off while trying to blow out his candle, but all in all he had a fun birthday. Today, his daddy took him to the doctor for his 2 year well-child appointment, since Mommy can't drive until this weekend. Here are his stats:
