Fall Fun

In the words of my friend, Jen, I'm doing a little "ketchup blogging." Just posting a few different posts to catch you up with us. We had a quick visit from our friend Sue. Sue used to go to church with us in Xenia and was the boys VBS teacher two years in a row. In case you didn't know, that means she is on the same level as a rock star in their eyes. :) Then she surprised us by stopping at an orchard and bringing us pumpkins for each of the boys. Jon astutely concluded, "That means when we go to the pumpkin patch we won't have to use our money to buy some!" Is he his daddy's boy, or what? You don't even have to answer that. We all know. I wish I had thought to take a picture of Sue here, but it was a quick visit. Here are some pictures of the pumpkins after they were carved:
